The Lego Jade Colonial Home model was designed after a single family house located approximately 1936 McGraw ave in Bronx NYC. This modular follows standard rules allowing for compatibility with your existing custom or Lego modular buildings. This model has 1037 pieces showcasing 4 levels (including basement and attic for storage). Each level (except basement) is detachable and fully furnished with custom functional Lego build furniture. The basement is accessible by swing away back wall.
